		<description><![CDATA[Try drinking tangerine juice. It&#8217;s expensive (you can get a gallon at whole foods for about $4.oo,) but a great source of potasium. It is much better than orange juice from concentrate.
I&#8217;m trying to get away from Gatorade&#8211;too much sugar and a ton of carbs.
